Goodbye summer
September is almost over and the weather is finally changing. Our garden is slowing down in the production of tomatoes and zucchini. Now it’s time for cabbage, carrots, new crop of spinach and arugula. Our second round of raspberries is just lovely, next year we will have so many in the spring.
Sara decided today that she wants to wear a skirt, we went to H&M to find her new undies and we walked out of there with a pink skirt with Hello Kitty on it. Sara wore it the whole afternoon checking herself every so often. I have no clue where is this obsession about being considered pretty by others coming from. I just keep repeating that she will always be beautiful no matter what is she wearing.
My tax course is going on strong, I just really have to make myself to do the questions and really study the text before the class, or I will have hard time in three weeks during the exam. I know I passed it last year, so this year shouldn’t be that bad.
I still have other 17 hours of workshops to attend and then I can apply for my license renewal.
Christmas is slowly approaching and I haven’t done much about the dollhouse yet. I just need to get in the mood, I know 🙂
Last week I made a wonderful stick horse for Maja, she loved it and it looked so pretty. Sara wants a horse friend for her own horse so I might just make her one for Christmas. This year we are not going anywhere, so I would love to splurge a little bit on presents. We will see
Time to do something instead of just talking 😉 tidy up the kitchen, bake banana bread and get some creative stuff done, yupeeee
